Open, explore, close. This dynamic is the one we use when creating a game and it is the one we apply in digital transformation projects for museums.
From the end of 2020 until 2021 we accompanied the Museu d'Art de Girona team in the search for an internal digital transformation model that would adapt to their needs.
After an initial analysis, we develop together experimental units to address specific problems and propose tailor-made solutions, adapted to the available resources. We form diverse teams and also work on soft skills.
Part of the learning process consisted in understanding that, while in a traditional production process a solid and secure chain of cause and effect is built, by applying game dynamics we create something different: a work framework that favors exploration, experimentation, trial and error.
