The following information applies to the processing of personal data. Personal data is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Such data can be any information provided, such as name, e-mail address, as well as browsing behavior.
We collect personal information, such as names and email addresses, only when they are voluntarily provided to us by completing our newsletter subscription form on deckard.com. We do not collect any personal information without explicit consent.
To provide the newsletter service, we rely on Brevo, a company located in the European Union that aims to provide solutions for sending transactional and marketing emails and SMS through its website. In this way, Brevo has access to personal information as well as user activity with Deckard emails (tracking of open rates, click rates and bounce rates on an individual level).
In addition, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about how users interact with our website. This information helps us improve our site and provide a better experience for our users. Data collected by Google Analytics may include information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent on our site, but this data is collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify individual users.
This information is then sent to Google Inc. servers in the United States.
We use the information you provide only to provide you with the newsletter service.
Data collected by Google Analytics is used to better understand how users interact with our website and improve the user experience. Data collected by Brevo is also used to improve emailing campaigns.
However, Deckard Cultura Digital SL may be required by law to disclose information to third parties (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR). This is in particular the case if there is suspicion of a criminal offense, in which case Deckard Cultura Digital SL may be obliged to disclose data to law enforcement authorities.

You can informally revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time with future effect (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR). In your case, you may no longer use our services / you may no longer use our services to the full extent.
